Thierry Baujard

Thierry is founder and CEO of peacefulfish. He offers 20 years of experiences in the communication and entertainment industry. Thierry is in charge of business development and directs projects involving the creation of financing instruments in Europe.

Previously, Thierry worked for Studio Canal/Vivendi, Studio Babelsberg in Potsdam and for ARTE in Strasbourg and for a variety of major media companies and telecom operators in the UK, USA and Germany. He graduated from Paris Business School, Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and the UCLA in L.A., specialising in film financing and e-commerce. He led the development of the pan European Media Guarantee Fund, in cooperation with the European Commission and is now advising Audiovisual SGR bank, on managing the fund across Europe.

Juliane Schulze

Juliane, Senior Partner at peacefulfish, is working in the creative industry since more than 25 years, providing business services to the audiovisual industries. As Executive Advisor, she holds an extensive cross-industrial knowledge, specialising in financing and business consulting for audiovisual companies and entrepreneurs in the creative and cultural industries. She is also member of the board of Media Deals, a pan-European investor network being constituted of business angels and early-stage venture capital funds focusing on creative industries and digital media. Since its creation in 2008, Media Deals has been promoting and encouraging early-stage equity investment in high-growth startup companies at the crossings of the audio-visual sector and digital technology as well as cutting-edge media content technologies. Media Deals is a member of EBAN, EBN and NEM.

As trainer and moderator, Juliane holds workshops on access to finance and entrepreneurship at investment and innovation forums, at business training events, as well as at leading business incubators. She is a strategic advisor for European funding institutions and development agencies and is a veteran project director of several EU-projects focusing on accelerating creative and digital businesses through innovation programmes. She developed international media positioning strategies for countries and regions e.g. in Asia, across Europe and in the United Arab Emirates.

Juliane is Director of the MEDIA supported investor training programmes ENTER Europe, guest lecturer at Freie Universität Berlin, teaches Creative Entrepreneurship at the MFG Academy, chairs EBN’S ‘Cultural, Creative and Digital Special Interest Group’ as well as the Creative Business Cup’s Investor Panel and is Member of the Advisory Board of the H2020-project InvestHorizon. Previously she headed the Multi-Platform Business School, lectured at the Media Business School and teaches at various international audio-visual labs, markets and business summits.

Marc Robert

Marc is specialised in business plan development, financing models, and sales/distribution. During his time at peacefulfish, he has worked on over two dozen projects including single-picture and slate business plans for production companies in Europe and North America, an extensive strategy study for a regional film fund & studio in Scandinavia, and the MEDIA-commissioned study on the role of banks in the European film industry. Marc is the course director of the training project Closing The Gap: Equity Investment for 360° Content.

Marc is also a film producer and writer/director and taught university-level courses in producing and screenwriting at Brown University, The Rhode Island School of Design, and The Pennsylvania State University. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Brown and an MA with Honors in Film Studies from the University of Amsterdam, where he was a Fulbright Fellow in 1999-2000.



Perrine Hamon

As a consultant for peacefulfish, Perrine has been responsible of several research and policy studies to support the development of regional clusters and financial incentives dedicated to the creative industries. She is also involved in the coordination of European projects and applications concerning investment funds and policy instruments in creative sectors. Perrine is extensively knowledgeable about financial tools for creative and digital SMEs as well as international projects management. After attaining a Master degree in Law, Perrine pursued a specialization in European politics and technology-innovation support policies with a strong focus on European projects management. She then gathered professional experience as a European project manager at the Economic and Innovation Department of the City of Grenoble in France. After that, she offered freelancing consultancy to the VDI/VDE-IT agency in Berlin on issues related to the internationalization of technology clusters. Today, Perrine additionally works as the project manager of Media Deals, a pan-European network of private equity investors focused on digital media companies.



Christelle Wolff

Christelle works as a Project- and Administration Consultant at peacefulfish, where she is in charge of project- and business administration, as well as environmental strategy for culture and creative industry. Christelle brings her experience in working as HR consultant and environmental advisor for ISO standards at Valeo and at the Regional Ministry for Agriculture and Forest in Strasbourg, France to the team. Christelle has a law background (University of Lyon, Leicester and Bonn) and holds an MA in Environmental law and environmental problems from the University in Strasbourg.
